Yes and No. At least Kim Il Jong likes Hollywood....so you know he'd never attack the West Coast.
Those Radical Islams just want to blow things up to see what happens and praise allah.

I know the popular thing to think right now is that George Bush lied to everyone about weapons so that he could invade Iraq and steal its oil. I wish it were that simple. But it's just not accurate. Funny how the people who think he's such an idiot also think he's smart enough to dupe millions of people into some evil-plotted war for his own financial gain.
It's not about oil (well, not about stealing their oil, anyway), and it has nothing to do with pity. United States policy has always been pro-democracy, and part of that was the policy of regime change in Iraq. And we still get the oil from iraq the same way we always did: we buy it.
And the North Koreans have been threatening for decades. Nothing new there. We've seen dozen of border incursions and DMZ incidents. Besides, they're not directly threatening the US, they're testing ballistic missiles. There's a difference. The most Bush has recommended is that the UN look into sanctions against N. Korea.
I know it's easier and more fun to just bash the president for all this, but eventually it'll help to actually know what you're talking about. Might as well start now.

We are in Iraq for multiple reasons and that is what people seem to have such a hard time comprehending. Sure there is great profit to be made, in the long run. It is also true, however, that Iraq was a dangerous festering hell hole ran by a maniac and his thugs. Both of these things were and are true and both were factors in this war. Why is it that people think we have to simply be a global charity? Hell we can't afford that! What is wrong with trying to fix the areas of the world that we can also profit from? Why is that so horrible? Maybe if enough people make enough money off this fixing we can then throw more money at Africa. It's not like we don't send billions there already, much of which is squandered and stolen and misused.
America .... in it for us .... if we can help you along the way all the better, but we are not a charity organization.
I have no real problem with that myself, I enjoy all the comforts my nation provides with full knowledge of where it comes from. So do we all .. some just complain about it ... they still enjoy it, however.

have you seen any extra oil? get an original argument!! if we were getting so much oil, our reserves would go up, demand would go down, and we should have, but wouldn't need cleaner fuels! next you are going to say that only republicans get gas at the real price because we are getting all this oil, and keeping it from everyone else. hurry, go tell moveon.org!

Thank you, Mr. President for blowing smoke up the asses of the people of the United States of America. Thanks for making suggestions for what to do and leaving out how you're going to make and utilize a plan of action. Thank you for lying about our deficit, jobs, welfare, crime and using terrorism as a ploy to keep us scared. Danke shoen, mein fuhrer. Zieg heil.
