There is no way that anyone not born on US soil will becaome president in the near future. Amendments take years to process, after all you would be changing the US as we know it. After all the whole point of being president is suppose to be to serve the US and it's people. Somehow I have a feeling Bono would fall short.

Personaly my vote is with Hilary. Her husband may have made a personal mistake but he ran a good adminstration. Unemployment was low and the economy was stable. I see her following his basic guidlines.

We can amend the Constitution for Bono or Arnold. Before we rush into it, what qualifications does Bono have other than being a rock star?

If we are going to amend the Constitution then we need to amend it so that all these illegal's that just get here in time to give birth (on our dime!) are not allowed to stay! Being born here should not automatically grant one citizenship. No more anchor babies!!!
Besides Bono is WAY to liberal to be President of anything . . . please stick to leading U2 and not the world!

I'd rather let George Bush have another term then live with Bono as president.

First of all, I don't think he's even a US citizen, which would certainly be a requirement. Second of all, yes, the Constitution would have to be amended if he were, since he'd only be a naturalized citizen. Thirdly, I don't think he'd ever be elected, and finally, I don't think he would even want the job. it's a hell of a lot easier to fly around the world in your private jet criticizign everything than it is to actually lead, make decisions and accept responsibility.

Bono's too busy preaching about world hunger and making crappy albums to be bothered by such things. I'm sure he'd gladly accept though so he can hog as much attention as he could.
