Yes. The ticket has to be bought in the UK (cannot be bought online if you are not resident in the UK). The larger prizes must be claimed in person and verification of identity must be shown.

I'm not sure on both accounts but just wanted to give a heads up on something just in case...
If you got an email saying your email address won some UK lottery thing, that's a scam, don't give them any info....
