Sip sprite, eat toast, crackers and their is this syrup that you can take like every 1/2 hr or so that helps too. Sorry but I can't remember the name but I think its starts with an "E".

i have had horrible nausea with all 5 of my pregnancies. the sea-bands do work fairly well if you get them placed just right. it takes a little practice. ginger in any form...pills, soda or candy seems to help a little. i also had little help by eating pistachios throughout the day. it seemed if i kept a little protein in my stomach, i didn't get so queasy.
this last time around, nothing seemed to give me any relief, so my doctor put me on a medication that is generally reserved for handling nausea in chemotherapy patients. it is called zofran. it worked really well, but it cost about $30 per pill and there were some days i had to take 2 to get any relief.
i know it's tough, but the nausea almost never lasts much more than the first couple months and the second trimester is a really fun time when you're expecting.

Ginger is an effective source in helping cure major forms of nausea in pregnant women. Apart from ginger, potato chips, sweets, aerated drinks like cola or soda, fruit juices, fruits, green vegetables, soups and even mild exercises such as walking can help cure nausea. Moreover, you can check some of the websites I've provided for your convenience. These are just some of the websites I've provided. But, you can browse the Web for more info. Goodluck!

Have crackers by the bed for her to nibble on before she even gets up. Ginger ale is good and go easy on the fats, frieds and greasy's until the first trimester. If it gets too bad a doc can give nausea pills.

I was sick my entire pregnancy and crackers didn't work for me. What I found that did included the medicine Emetrol, eating many smaller meal throughout the day instead of the usual 3 meals a day, and staying away from smells that I made me ill before I was pregnant. Be sure to stay hydrated as well.
Best of luck, and congratulations!

Sometimes saltine crackers can help. I used to force myself to get a couple down, because during my nausea stage in my pregnancy the thought of any and all types of food made me feel even worse! But they helped me!

Phenergren is a miracle. It is a presciption tho so go to the Dr. and ask for it. I've tried everything under the moon for nausea and voiting and the only thing that work was phenergren. By the way crackers and sprite don't work, I know. I was sick my entire pregnancy and that stuff made it worse. Please take my advice go to the Dr.

Crackers at the side of the bed and eat a few before you get up. Peanut butter always made my stomach feel a little better too for some reason.

Giving birth. Crackers usually help, and the good news this is usually over by the 4 to 6 month.
good luck
