Hyacinth... because of its scent which is heavenly and you can cut a single bloom and bring it indoors for a vase and it will perfume an entire room... but also because of its form...it makes lovely arrangements and is available in nearly every color imaginable from the palest yellow to the boldest purples. Anyone who is already growing tulips or daffodils should add some hyacinths. They're almost zero maintenance.
And don't listen to them! You bloody well can ask this sort of question on this site just because I said so! If I have to suffer moronic questions about sex from people who are obviously never going to get any I should be rewarded!

My favorite flower is the cabbage because it is the only flower that really talks seriously to me, you know, not just that kind of silly chat you get with most other flowers. I'm not sure what my favorite kind of onion is, though.

It's got to be a rose, because you can lose yourself in the fragrance and all the soft petals.
