you can start by dribbling with your right hand only and run back and forth the court(say 30-45min, even longer if you have the stamina)... then do it with the left hand the same way... then dribble with two balls using each hand... you can also practice the between the legs and behind the back dribbles after but you gotta do the first three exercises because they are the basics of dribbling...

when i was younger i couldnt dribble at all i had to lift my legs to dribble between them but now after a few years of practice im pretty decent now. what i did was to dribble the ball between my legs as i walked down the street to the basketball court. when i got to the court i would run dribbling the ball (HEAD UP) with my left hand and do a left hand layup then i would run to the other end of the court with my right hand and do a right hand layup,i continued this till i was tired then i shot freethrows and tried to make 5 straight then i would go back to the right hand left hand drills. in the winter i would go to the basement and put chairs in front of me and pretend they were defenders i would practice my crossover and spin moves on the chairs back and forth for hours. the main thing is practice practice as much as you can, Hope this helps and good luck

Try dribbling tennis balls

Get two tennis balls and bounce one tennis ball with one hand and bounce it off the wall and catch it. At the same time bounce the other tennis ball with the other hand. And you keep rotating. And you do this for about a half hour every day.

just practice. Use each hand. Sometimes use just one hand in a practice. Dribble between your legs and behind your back.

I heard that Steve Nash used to dribble tennis balls so I tried that. It worked out great. Dribble a smaller ball and you will get great control.

Try dribbling up a hill and then down the hill, do bot hands seperatly, then to gether and then pick up the pace. And try not looking at the ball, be confident that you know will the ball will go so that it just becomes instinct

I went to a Knicks game once and they were playin the Suns. I got there early so I went on the court and met Steve nash. I asked him how can I impove my dribblin'..He said..
dribble with stove mittens on ur hands
or
practice hand simultaneously with your eyes closed
and most importantyle when you practice..practice with both hands at the same time to improve the muscle memory in your arms, shoulders and fingers.

yeah.. i know tons but i dont really know how to describe them lol.. i play basketball and i do these every day.. well u needa get a feel for the ball so juggle it between ur hands n go behind ur back contionsuly then go threw ur legs.. just with ur hands n the ball dont put it on the ground.. then u can try to dribble with ur right hand just really really low to the ground n make sure you're looking up and then try it with you're left hand, i dunno there are so many you can do.. just dribbling helps.
