off to the right of your question you can see there is a delete button...
you can only delete it while its open for answers after its in voting or resolved it cant be removed or edited... just emailed...

I don't know about answers, but as for questions you can not delete them unless a best answer has not been chosen.

go to profile and click remove question. when u answer don't u c the edit or delete button.

open ur own question then there's a delete button(in the right) beside ur question

However, you can do edit ..so you just re-write it. So easy.
