You need to determine your sheet width and actual type of steel. Then, your best bet is to call a manufacturer, as steel is a commodity and its value changes overnight.

Contextually, the statement, "BEFORE Abraham existed/ was born, I am," can only mean that Jesus was claiming that he existed before Abraham. How can Jesus have existed before Abraham if Abraham was born more than 2,000 years earlier? Because Jesus is God. Could Jesus be an angel, thus enabling him to have pre-existed before Abraham? No. Jesus is the Word, and the Word created all things (John 1:1-3). Angels are created. Obviously Jesus cannot be an angel and create himself. It's illogical. Therefore, Jesus must be God.
