I can never get an answer from them. Here's the last response that I got, which is a form letter (a few people that I know of got the SAME EXACT EMAIL).

Thank you for your recent Internet correspondence. We appreciate your interest in our T.G.I.Friday's menu selections.

It is our policy to always try and satisfy our valued guests. We have over 100 menu items, with recipes that are subject to change several times through out the year. We do not have the nutritional values calculated for these items. The recipe specifications for preparation can vary. Therefore, we are unable to provide detailed information regarding the ingredients/nutritional information of our menu items.

Again, please accept my apology that I am unable to provide this information to you. If you have any additional questions, or would like to discuss this further, please contact our Guest Relations department at (800) 374-3297 {option 1}, between 7am - 7pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Thank you,

Donetta

Check this website: www.dietfacts.com

While it doesn't cover everything, they do list 14 menu items from TGI Friday's on this page:
http://www.dietfacts.com/list.asp?brand=tgi_friday_s

Click on any one and it will provide nutrition facts.

You might use it to check out other restaurant's menus too.

here's a link to the number of carbs in their Atkins approved stuff, http://www.dietfacts.com/html/items/23334.htm but yeah doesn't look like they give that info out on the rest of their food...they really should, since a lot of other restaurants do.
