I thought they did away with supersize...hmm. Whatever little bit you can subtract from any meal like that is good for you. If you eat McDonald's everyday (or any fast-food), super sized or not, it is not healthy.

Well, it depends on how often you eat it. If it's once a month or once every two weeks, and everything else you eat is healthy then yes. But, if you're eating a McD's meal every day...then, no, it's not healthy even if it's not supersized.

It depends how much you eat fast food. If you eat it every day of the week, then NO you are on a very bad diet! But every once and a while doesnt hurt any. It doesnt really mean that you are on a "healthy diet" it just means you are eating like every other american...haha

Just by eating McDonald's (even though it's not supersize) would make your daily intakes very unbalanced, so I would say no. Even their salad isn't that good for you, it's dirty and have too many stuff on it from their international facilities... you don't wnat to know where those salads have been... Buy a real salad if you would buy one...

Well that depends. Do you eat McDonald's all the time or once in a while? It's not healthy to eat it all the time, super sized or not. If your hardly ever eat there, then yes it's healthy.

No, eating McDonald's fries, which are fried in grease is not a healthy diet on any scale. THose fries are very good, but are no way healthy.
