well i live in the southern part of the country(FLORIDA), so my phone service is called Bellsouth. and if you live in that region then you should use Bellsouth Fast Access DSL. If you live in another region then there should be a certain type of Bell that you use for your phone service. For example, if you live by the West Coast then it should be called Western Bell, or if you live by any other regions...you know what i mean. you should call your bell service and ask them for Bellsouth Fast Access DSL or Bell Atlantic Fast Access DSL, or etc. i hope i helped you out.

Big Question is "Where"?
One way you might get the information easily is to do a Google or Yahoo Search for "DSL Providers and the name of your Country and City".
Cheers!

Cable is faster than dsl
many places like here it's even faster than a T1
where I live they are about the same cost per month
or in other words I pay 73 cents more for cable
but thanks to VOIP I have no phone bill just one cable bill for everything from TV, movies IT and phone...
might want to look into real stats rather than sales hype...

It depends on what area you're in and what the company offers. For example I have Cable but another company 20 miles away that doesn't service my area has far superior speeds 6-10mbits/s compared to my paltry 3mbits/s. So it depends on your area and what's available to you.
