Take out the tea cups and wrap them individually in either news print, or wash cloths....and wrap the china cabinet, in thick movers blankets...away from the tea cups...

I would find padding for the truck for starters. I would wrap each piece of china in plenty of newspaper, put them in a cardboard box filled with styrofoam and bubble wrap. I would somehow secure the cabinet on the padding, after wrapping the cabinet in blankets, or whatever you can get. Good luck.

Bubble wrap. Tape the glass on the cabinet (helps provide strength and stability). Put pillows in the cabinet. Place the boxes of cups on bubble wrap.

Get some moving blankets like from u-haul and bubble wrap. I have china over one hundred years old and that is the way I wrap them up.
