# ¼ cup berries with 1/3 cup cottage cheese
# Nuts (keep raw ones in the freezer if you think you’ll overeat them)
# Sunflower seeds (get them in the shell so it will take longer to eat them)
# Jerky (beef, turkey, etc.) (try to find low sugar varieties)

# Cheese sticks, such as string cheese
# Sugar free jello, alone or with cottage cheese and a sprinkling of nuts

if you're gonna go low carb, you should at least be happy.
seriously, snack food for low carbers is a bit hard to come by, but try cheese and pepperoni rolled together, or string cheese, or broccli and cauliflower (can even dip in blue cheese dressing)
cottage cheese (no fruit), celery and peanut butter, pork rinds, nuts (depending on the level of low carb you're doing - they have some)
i try not to go for the ready made low carb snacks, cause of the preservative level, but there are some good snack bars out there...south beach has this wonderfully crunchy chocolate thing that is not only relatively low carb, its got 10g of protein. also try beef or chicken jerky, but check it, it might have sugar added in. you could make your own jerky with a dehydrator at home, so you would know the carb content.

any veggie is a great low carb food with the execption of dried beans (pintos, peas, limas, ect) and potatoes. Most fruit is considered a carb. for one serving try to find apples and oranges about the size of a tennis ball.
Meat is mostly protien. go for less fatty ones. any seafood is good and contains no carbs. beef and pork are low on carbs but high on fat. make sure to trim away all that is visible. chicken is always a good choice. remember nothing fried. the batter is a carb and hold an excess of fat.
