Don't tan. You might get skin cancer and even if you don't, your skin will age a lot faster if you tan and you'll be old and wrinkly before you know it. Use a fake bronzer or something.

Why shouldn't you? But first I want you to understand the rays from the sun: UVA and UVB.... UVA is the one that destroys your elasticin and collagen (the same ones that when we grow older they start the diminish the production) and this is what makes the 90% of aging signs and the tanning slons have these rays. Also the UVB is the ray that burns you and contributes to skin cancer. What you need are products that help you get protected form both rays and always try to avoid the SPF over 30 because these will cause your skin to get irritated. I use these great products that help me get a nice tan and they also have a tan enhancer taht makes your tan last longer....you could find them in this site, at the left margin look for BefoRE Sun and you will find them .... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arb... the best part is that they have ingredients for anti aging.... wonderful...and the hair protectn is just divine because it also works like a detangler..... and you could also use the "chap stick" they have to protect and hydrate your lips ....... So go ahead and do what is right.....

Fortunately, I don't have too, my skin is naturally brown!! I tan too, just from walking or being in the sun doing different activities and my skin gets even more beautiful than it already is. It turns to a golden brown...........I love it!!
People of color are just automatically beautiful anyway.
They say the direct sun, just to lay there is not good for the skin. Maybe you should think again about tanning and just stay as you are. You might regret it later when your skin is old looking before it's time.
Some color on the skin does look a lot better but it is not good for you.

Not if it means putting yourself in harm's way of the sun or a tanning bed! There are some fabulous products to tan without damage to the skin and your internal organs. Tan safe!

You should not tan. it is bad for you. I am 43 and don't have a lot of wrinkles because I never say in the sun. There is one girl I know and she is only 30 and has abused tanning beds. She has a face like leather.

no!!
A tan may look good now..but wrinkles and spots don't . Doctors have said that there is no such thing as a safe tan.All skin types are damaged by the sun.Tanning also leads to sun burns, allergic reactions and the worst.....SKIN CANCER. so my advice is not to get a tan and like the skin your in!!!

Real sun, tanning bed, or artificial tan with spray or lotion?
If it's with the real sun, hope your weather is good for it today. The sun's out here right now, but we are expecting thunderstorms for most of the day.
Hope you get that perfect tan - in any way that suits you. :)
