You could let the mold grow, harvest it, spin it and knit yourself a new pullover out of it.
A really hot wash with bleach would probably kill the mold spores but one has to ask, what is on the pullover that the mold is growing/feeding on. Clean wool/cotton/acrylic would not have the nutrients for it to survive.
It's probably best to get a new pullover and remember not to spill your food down the front of it in future.

Bleach is the only way to "possibly" kill mold. Mold can make you really sick!!! Is it getting wet at home - in your closet?
you should:
- find the mold source
- wash the pullover again and add bleach
- throw it away if it's still there or comes back

Let it go and get a new one. That's gross, and probably not going to ever come clean.
