I've never gone to porn sites, and I never open them. I delete them as spam, but every so often I still get them. Are they viruses? Why am I getting them?

you probably signed your email up on a site that sells addresses... or someone who has access to that computer may have "gazed" at the subject matter( once that subject is accessed the others have a field day with your email address)..i do not know if you have spam filters or not....but report them as spam and then change your filter setting through your email settings.....if you do not expect outside mail (other than your friends whose email addy's YOU have) just only allow mail from those people... they shouldn't be viruses but you never know (all the sickos with nothing better to do than mess up others puters!...grrrrr)....but general rule of thumb...DO NOT open any mail from anyone/thing you do not know....if u are worried you can use your virus protection and run a scan for viruses...they are both relatively simple to do...just locate your email settings (for the blocking) and bring up your virus protection server, and you should be able to step-by-step right through it...good luck!

Just keep deleting. I have the same dilemma, but I know better than to reply to or open any of them in order to ask them to stop... Set up a separate mailbox for spam and you can just delete everything at once. Only responses come into your personal mailbox.

u can go to your mail option
and block and filter mails by their subject , sender and contains
it is easy
