Sorry, you'll just have to learn to live with them. Water marks won't come out, and if you spray anything else on them, you're just going to add to the mess. You don't want to fool around with pool table felt, because it is stretched tightly over the table. If you start spraying it with stuff, you're going to loosen it and you'll wind up with wrinkles in the felt, which won't help your game at all!
Be very careful about putting any heat on the spot because most good pool tables have slate under them, and the slate can chip or crack if exposed to heat. Cheaper tables have plastic or wood under them. Steam heat will warp the wood, but might work if you have plastic under the felt.

You could try steaming it will an iron filled with distilled water. It's the minerals in the water that leave the stain, so you need distilled water. You may be able to steam the minerals loose and then let it dry clean. Kinda iffy, though. You may also do that, then dry the spot by putting a towel over it and ironing it. The towel may soak up the minerals that left the stain. Otherwise, you might have to clean the whole table.
