Does Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 include windows.h and winsock2.h?

The free Express version doesn't include windows.h and winsock.h. Are they included in the "real" Visual Studio Professional?

I believe you can get these just by downloading the PlatformSDK from http://msdn.microsoft.com
