There are legal ways of getting music that don't cost a lot either. I subscribe to Yahoo Music Unlimited and it's awesome (it only costs about $5/month)! I have access to probably a million legal, great quality music. Check that out, along with the website above.
Also, some websites even offer free and totally legal music to promote independent artists. Try to find some of those as well.

lime wire and if you want to put them on cd then save them in lime wire as a file then go into windows media player and click "open file" and they will appear on the right hand side of the screen and then at the bottom click on "start burn"
