So you give us one example...does this constitute EVERY employee in your world? Not in mine.

A good leader encourages discussion of the pros and cons of any issue, however once the opinions are heard a good leader also assumes the ultimate responsibility of making the decision.

Can you say "Colin Powell" for instance. He stated many times that there were very lively discussions about Iraq and the war on terrorism in general. You might remember that Powell stuck around a long time before resigning...BTW personnel turnovers are very common in ANY 2 term presidency.

Anyway, try asking questions that go beyond partisan rhetoric.
