it really does depend on your Video card if you computer supports that. if it does it will have a separate connector on the card, The majority of cards that support outputting to a TV use what's called Svideo if you card has one it would be by there the monitor plugs in. if you have one of those then it's simple to connect your the output to the TV. You get a Svideo cable to connect to a converter and connect the converter to the TV. Now if your TV or VCR accepts Svideo input then there's no need for the converter. The converter is sold at Radio Shack and Wal-Mart, and most electronics stores.
