Your not going to get much for jewelry at a pawn shop. They will tell you what they are willing to pay you. You can barter with them and if you have proof of its actual market worth you can get more but never the full price. Some pawn shops will hold it for you for a week or so until you pay them back with interest.
Your best bet to get as much money for it as you can and have it done relatively fast is eBay.

I've gone to the pawn shop with a friend. They never really get the value they want, but do get some quick cash...that's been a long time ago, though. Consider donating blood plasma. That will get you $50-$100 quickly.

At either place, you fill out an information form they keep on file. They set up repayment terms so you can come claim your merchandise, but that usually doesn't happen. After the date stated in the terms, they'll mark your property for sale.

Pawning jewelry is not a bad idea. I have done it before. You know the ex-boyfriend gifts. LOL! It is quick, but don't expect to get rich. Often times, the value the pawnshop will give you will not equal the value of the item. Simply take your jewelry to a pawnshop and they will look at the item and make you an offer. I would definitely suggest going to a couple different pawnshops just to get the most money that you can.

Pawning jewelry is a rip-off. They don't give you hardly anything for it, and you'll hate yourself for losing something for pennies on the dollar. It's Friday. Hold a yard-sale. Stick out a sign on your street corner- it's fast, and people will stop to buy stuff you don't want anymore- and pay you more than a pawn-shop.

Become a prostitute. Start pawning your body - repeatedly. It's a renewable resource.

yep, you will not get munch thoe
just go in and say are you interested in this they will make you a offer, it will be low
and they will hold it for 3 months for you if you want ti back
plus intrest. say if they give you 100.00 they might want 140.00 to get it back. the longer they have it the higher it is.
per month. to get it back.
