He was the lead singer of Skid Row from 1986-1996 until he was kicked out..and most recently in the VH-1 Supergroup DAMNOCRACY(along with Ted Nugent, Scott Ian(Anthrax),Evan Seinfeld(Biohazard), and Jason Bonham(son of John Bonham(Led Zepplin) and also in Foreigner)

I love SB, but he definitely wouldn't fit in Velvet Revolver. His style is a lot more industrial than VR's and Slash and Duffy wanted out of GNR because Axl wanted to go industrial. Velvet Revolver has that bluesy rock n' roll sound that Sebastian Bach doesn't do well; his voice is too prominent- It just wouldn't work.
