Inzamam ul Haq is the best batsman for me. I don't think any other batsman has been as consistent for his team over such a long period of time, especially considering that he usually comes in with his team in dire straits.
Shane Warne would be the best spinner, he just keeps coming at ya. Wasim Akram would be the best quick bowler, left arm of god ;)

For me, too difficult to narrow down to just one outstanding Batsman and one outstanding Bowler.
Batsman such as Donald Bradman, Allan Border, Greg Chappell and the amazing Steven Waugh. The West Indies greats of Garfield Sobers, Vivian Richards, Brian Lara and Gordon Greenidge. New Zealand's Richard Hadlee and Martin Crowe, England's David Gower, Ian Botham and Allan Lamb. Thrown in names such as Sunil Gavaskar, Jonte Rhoads, Imran Khan and Javed Miandad, and the list could continue for days....
As for Bowlers, many people come to mind. Dennis Lillee, Michael Holding, Shane Warne, Malcolm Marshall, Wasim Akram, Kapil Dev, Waqar Younis and Richie Benaud. Include the great all rounders such as Richard Hadlee, Imran Khan and Ian Botham, and once again the list could go on....
