Appears to be a legitimate site for posting free classified ads (buy/sell/trade) like a local community bulletin board... similar to Craigslist or postaroo.com. I don't know if it is safe to open the CLICK HERE part of your email but it looks to be safe if you search for it specifically on the web. see "Know your source" below.

it is like craigs list, I listed a few things for gags, never got t hit at all, I think it is more to target you for spam
