Well, it is very hard to predict who will be the winner.
Italy has very strong defense, quick offense, and masterful coach. France, in the other hand, has experienced world-class players. France midfielders are better in technique and experience, but they are old enough. The most obvious France's weakness is its careless goalkeeper.
In order to win World Cup, both teams should play tactfully, show determination, and never be arrogant. Italy should avoid penalty shoot-out.
I hope Italy will win this tournament after failing to win a single title for 24 years. I think the score will be 1-0 for Italy.

Italians can't play France, they didn't win since 1978. France is a solid team, focused, and they have Zidane who, for his last game ever, will play in a state of grace.
France will take the control of the game after 10mn.
The French defense is not the German defense. It's the best defense in the world.
Italians are not going to pass it. They don't have solid enough strikers for it. Germany would have been more dangerous for France.
Germany can't play Italy. Italy and Brazil can't play France.
But they have a strong defense, that's the reason why I think it's going to be that tight.
