First, change the password on your e-mail account. Make it a complex password that's hard to crack. If you're recieving many e-mail failure notices, that means you're sending out lots of e-mails to invalid addresses. The most likely cause is someone stealing your account to send spam.
Change the password.

It is spam to test and see if your address is correct.
When you opened it up, they found out that it was. Now they will sell your address to other spammers as a good address.
Suggestion, in the future if you get one of these and you know you did not send the mail, just delete or report as spam.

I clicked. Ohhhhh, I clicked it so demanding. Mmmm, you want that, do not you? do not you? haha sorry. besides, curiously authentic. And it has a telephone volume to verify it too. And some thing about the Ethics Committee to boot. It needs to understand why I answer questions the following, how frequently, and so on. it really is on a secure server, so i imagine it really is fo' real.

I think it is saying that you sent a email to someone and it was not delivered because you do not have the correct email address. Check to see if you sent any email to anyone and that is the problem the email was not delivered because the address is wrong or no longer valid. I think!!

Don't be fooled by this, because sometimes it's just a hoax, or the worst, it could be a virus!
