I use clean and clear persa-gel it's 10% benzoyl peroxide and can be very drying so just use it to spot treat the affected area. It might take more than one night, two tops and you should be good. It's in a white tube with blue and yellow lettering and you can get it at any drug store.

nuetrogeana makes some kind of over night pimple patch
you wear it over night, and its supposed to make the pimple
go away or atleast shrink alot.

you could also get a facial at a spa, its really good for your skin, relaxing and, they have a tool there that shrinks/removes zits

good luck

Those stuff are no use. Try :

Differin - adapalene gel 0.1% GALDERMA

Apply twice a day. You'll see results overnight. Recommended by my dermatologist.
