I had only one violation since I have been on here and it was for a "I wish everyone on here a Happy and Safe 4th of July" They deleted it because it was not a question. That was the only time though.

Who gets a warning depends on a few things:
1. If a post gets reported and:
1a. How pissy and tight-assed someone is.
1b. How racist and offensive the post is.
2. Who is doing the "monitoring". If the _censor_ is some uptight twerp who agrees with an unjustifiable whine, or the monitor is an intelligent person who recognizes hate speech, the post will get canned and the poster warned. If the censor is a racist christian, then a racist post won't be removed. It's capricious and inconsistent.

no but i have been warned about an answer. Some guy asked "why do you all suck" or something like that, and i answered "you suck" or something along those lines and i got reported. Well i hope he did too! wheres the juistcice in this world!! lol, its fun though, i like this site

Yes, many are warned. It really helps if you read the Guidelines. Yahoo offers many other sites that are more appropriate for many other concerns.

yea...we are watched intensively nowadays, guys....Iron curtain coming...Question was innocent related to July 4th...meant to question our independency with site question &answer..all kind of agencies might harvest here....is it hard to believe?
