As shady as George Bush is, I nonetheless doubt that he would have had Ken Lay killed. i'm not 100% positive that he's useless or in simple terms residing on some island someplace with an assumed id. to respond to the fellow above me, the governmentprobably killed himself for some motives. First, I have little doubt that he participated in some insider paying for and promoting. many of the full executives in Enron did this. They offered a collection of their inventory interior the months premiere as a lot because the widely used public announcement of the deceptive accounting occurring at Enron. yet an additional reason to dedicate suicide will be to stay away from the backlash from the final public that offered up Enron inventory like it become the international's in simple terms right commodity purely to ascertain later they were deceived by using off-stability sheet accounting practices. anyhow, i'm off on a tangent now. I had the excitement to artwork with about 15 former Enron people very last year. All truly good people - not the those that had insider assistance. the unhappy element is that an excellent style of them had worked there for his or her complete professional lives and lost not purely a role, yet also their pension reward collected even as Enron went lower than.

Ken Lay is dead. The body on the morgue slab was his and preliminary autopsy results show he died of natural causes.
It seems that Ken had a massive heart attack, but not all the results are in from the coroner. It can take a couple of weeks to get all the tests done.

I am kind of toying with the idea that he was offed by people who did not want him talking. Like the heavy sentence given former congressman Randy Duke Cunningham was a bargaining tool to get him to talk, and he has. Maybe the potential of a 30 year sentence for Lay was designed to get him to talk, and various people did not want that to happen. His autopsy sure came thru in record time!

No cover up, no great plot to actually sneak him out of the country, no plan to keep President Bush from having to Pardon him. Just a man who was part of a huge scandal, convicted, faced prison, having a heart attack. His was fatal. May God bless his family.

If he didn´t, he should have.
But I really think that probably the stress of having to face the rest of his life in jail was enough to get at him. After all, he had a bad heart (litterally and figuratively speaking) in the first place.

I think Ken Lay didnt give himself coronary artery disease. And if he were alive, the media would sniff him out.
