I'm from Pakistan too. Like that other person said...PAKISTAN ZINDABAD! I think most Americans have the wrong idea of Pakistan. It isn't a terrorist country, and most ppl don't support Bin Laden. Why would they when he is making Muslims look like un-civilized animals? Here are osme things I think everyone should know about Pakistan:
1)It is a Muslim country
2)Yes, some people aren't so nice, but look at frickin America!
3)They don't think they are the controlers of every country *cough*America*cough*
4)THe food is AWESOME...just don't try to eat cold food off the street stores...you could get sick
5)It is VERY hot there...but every once in a while there comes a monsoon and you can go DANCE IN THE RAIN!!!!!!
6)Awesome clothes that are in style here now (Desi styled clothes) that look alot better than the clothes here and for really cheap prices
7) If you see a hot guy and he is staring at you, don't get scared...just look down so he knows you know he is staring at you. But if there is a freaky guy who doesn't take his eyes off of you, you better turn your face away and never look back.

It is a country I would like to visit one day. Especially since I made a friend from Pakistan and he is one of the nicest persons I know. Although his smoking habit irks the heck out of me :-). I also watched a documentary on CNN International about the relationship between India and Pakistan and as far as I can see, the people all have the same accent when they speak English, It is wonderful. I would like to learn more about the culture.

I have met only three people from there. Two when I was a little girl and I remember thinking they were really kind. I know someone from there now. And he's really nice. Very caring and nice. But also driven and determined. I don't know much about your country politically or geographically. Would like to visit some day. I've heard that the food is good and the people beautiful.

im from pakistan but don't live there but either way, im gonna have something good to say bout it tho = ]
i think pakistan is a good country and a key ally to the U.S., for all you ppl thinking its a terrorist country!
my opinion:musharraf is a GREAT president. not corrupt in ANY way unlike benazir bhutto and nawaz shariff.
the food is slamming! and the outfits are REALLY pretty. and i love the language, urdu. im actually trynna improve it, since my urdu is not really that good.
the people are really considerate. = )
its a good country but it could improve though. but gosh, those fanatic muslims won't get out, giving our country a bad name!

Well, Islamabad is the capital. Pervez is the President. Predominantly Muslim population. And y'all can't get along with India and a lot of people support Bin Laden.

its definately a country. i wouldnt go there because over there women have no rights. there are alot of people living in the USA here from the middle east. i dont like Pakistan because there are groups who support terrorism. and i dont agree the fact that women have no rights
