Of course you must tell her. Also go get counseling, and let her know you're seeking help. Good luck.

Aren't you even concerned about "Why" you have this so called fetish? This sounds like a disorder that could get out of hand later down the road.
And I honestly don't mean this in a hurtful way, but if you have this urge to wear diapers and stuff usually means you either didn't get the nurturing you were suppose to get as a baby or you are missing it. Either way, something is missing in your life and you're looking for a way to deal with it.
This isn't healthy and it could effect your relationships and then one day when your married, you won't be able to function properly as a parent.
I would strongly urge you to get some counseling as soon as possible. You can open up to someone and tell them what you're feeling so that they can identify what this is.
When you say you can't get this fetish out of your head, that concerns me because this will become an obsession and it will take over your life!

Just as you are taking her feelings into consideration she should also take yours. discuss it with her and explain that although you have gone a long time without it this seems to be something you feel you need to do. Include her in it by simply letting her know that you love her and you will not disrespect her wishes of not seeing it but she needs to have respect for you by not saying anything about it when you do it. Talk it over come up with a game plan and enjoy your life it's yours and if she loves you a little thing like this that doesn't even have to be done around her will not hurt either one of you. Good luck

I don't see the problem with a harmless fetish or the need for counseling. If your girl doesn't make you happy, you're with the wrong girl.

I'd say do it when she's not around, but you might want to talk to her about it. Let her know that it makes you feel better, and that you promise to not do it around her since you know it makes her uncomfortable. If you don't tell her, and she finds out by discovering it herself, she'll be pretty unhappy.

is there a way you can have your fetish being met on your own time, so it won't come inbetween her views and opinion? Maybe she doesn't want to see you in it, but maybe you love to be in it. There's one way, and that's to do it on your own time.

Please seek psychiatric treatment for your fetish, and learn how to spell.
