I want to know why i am always so sleepy

You may need a sleep study...you can have sleep apnea and not know it. You think you've slept all night, but wake up sleepy and stay sleepy all day even with naps.

If you get enough sleep at night, you might need to go in for a sleep study. My husband was ALWAYS tired. And would fall asleep in the middle of a conversation or watching TV or just sitting there.

He now wears a CPAP machine at night for sleep apnea and it has been a life (and marriage, LOL) saver. He also takes a pill twice a day that promotes wakefulness and it has been a miracle for us. He is now able to stay away all day long.

I have the same problem, and asked the same question, First you should ask your doctor if this is right for you, if so....Try this out,
I was recommended to take a Iron supplement, as I may have an iron diffencacy. ( I'm only on my 3rd day of the pills so no real noticeable changes yet) go to any pharmacy and ask at the counter, (they have them behind the counter as Iron is very dangerous in high doses) but once you ask they will give them to you.
First few days try 2 a day, the bottle will recommend 2-3 a day. As Iron can be hard on your stomach, you may only be able to take them once a day. try that for a few weeks and see if there is any difference!

P.S kinda gross but you will notice that your stool is a diffrent colour (blackish colour) as the Iron pills will do that, no need to worry, its normal. :)

maybe you dont get enough sleep at night or you toss and turn and unaware that you do it... also eat breakfast in the morning to jump start your metabolism.....thats a start... and dont drink too much coffee... it will make you more tired as soon as it wears off

Maybe you dont get quality sleep, or your bed its not nice to sleep on.
