It all depends on how you are losing weight. I'll tell you my little story. I was 5'5", 110lbs with a 34 D, before I had kids. I gained an obnoxious amount of weight during my pregnancies and breast fed. After all that, they needed work. My husband is a trainer. He told me that If I wanted to keep them large, I can't crash diet, or just do cardio to lose weight. I needed to weight train. Putting muscle mass behind the breast(if done correctly, incline bench, decline bench, flat bench, and several workouts on lats, and shoulders) will keep make them look bigger. I am now 130lbs (muscle) with a D cup and they stay up better and look fuller than when I was 18!!!!!

Actually, speaking from what docters have said, unfortunately majority of your breast fat cannot be lost like normal fat when excersizing. This is becuase of the location and development in initial growth of the breast area, and the different make up.You may lose a little, but it's not very likely.

Well, I guesse it all depends on how much weight you lose and how big your breast are. If they are already small, you wont lose much but if your like a DD, you probably want to lose a little.

of course, Breast size and shape often change significantly in both men and women following weight loss

Had a friend who once lost of weight.. about 30kg. She had a DD and then had a B. and could not believe it!! But it all depends how young you are and how much fat you have in your breasts.

Some people do. Your breasts are made up of fatty tissue so it all depends on how your body metabolizes fat. I had a friend whose weight was always fluctuating. She had three drawers of different bras because it was always where she would lose or gain her weight first.

When you lose weight it is highly likely that your breasts will get smaller too. They are made out of fatty tissue so of course they will be affected by any type of weight gain or loss. Best of luck to you!

Yes, some women tend to loose more breast size than others. My stomach usually gets smaller quicker than my breasts.
