well the gulf stream current is definitely warm water and since so many hurricanes form in the carribeans south of them i would have to say that its the warm current flowing from the gulf mixing with the colder water of the altantic. i would say that the answer is A but as you can see its just a guess using other things to back it up

A, I think...it's definitely warm water, and as I recall it makes its way west across the Atlantic and south down from Britain to North Africa.
