Masculinity is the result certian hormones in a man's body called androgens. These hormones have the biggest influence over the development on a man's body. If you want to be more muscular then you need to work out and burn fat, but if you're looking for facial hair, deeper voice, bigger penis or any of the other secondary sex characteristics then you're probably out of luck. Anabolic steroids are available by prescription from your doctor if you are hypogonadal, but they can have long-term effects that could actually make you look more feminine.

You could take testosterone suppliments. Whether you are a man or a woman this will make you more 'masculine'
