no but it can damage your skin it can really bad and i don't use it because you turn orange instead of tan and do not EVER go to a tanning bed because you can get skin cancer and die because of that i hope your awer that you can actully die because of tanning salons so NEVER go to them the best way to tan is do it the long way by the actully real sun it may take long but it less precent of getting cancer and die or dameged skin!!!!!!!!!!!!
