i can't get away from him because he is my brother's friend...he is also my friend..i ask him to be my friend only and forget about his feeling..

Knowing that he's your brother's friend, most likely if you tell your brother he's bugging you, he'll tell him to back off. No matter even if you and your brother don't get along, he really wouldn't want one of his friends dating his sister.
