It's a non-issue. North Korea has been using missile tests as a blackmail for the last 20 years. They hope to get some economic benefits in exchange for stopping the tests.
They do 1 missile test every 8 years and the whole world trembles in their shoes. It's so pathetic, it's almost laughable. If the world ignored them, they would just go away.

I believe North Korea has been way over looked and under estimated in light of the most recent conflicts in the middle east.
Perfect for them, (the N. Koreans). Giving them time to let the rest of the world crumble under conflict and tensions, at the same time planning "SOMETHING"
I think the Nuclear Bombs are a "warning" so to speak saying
"we can and will stand up for ourselves" but not in the sense they will be picked on, but in the sense that they will be reprimanded for some horrific action.
I don't know that the USA will be the target of this action, but everyone else dislikes us...

they have the worst economy in the world and the stiffest necks in history... the most stubborn people as a nation... trying to show everyone how fairly they are managing....
but they will snap... they have nothing and recently their economy has taken a killer plunge... they are lit starving.
they will snap, and so will their missiles.

They just bargaining with the west. I bet they're hoping the west would offer a better economic package... whatever they call it.
