I'm not sure you know how to ask the question, but what I get out of it is you want to know whether doing 40 to 100 pull ups each day will benefit you. Yes, it will. However, you should do it every other day. You need to give the muscles you worked out a chance to repair before tearing them down again. This goes for all of your workouts. Whatever you worked on today, don't do it again tomorrow. Do another muscle group and the following day, work out the muscles you worked two days before.

Doing pull-ups means you're lifting your weight with your Lats and your arms (tris, biceps, etc). This will increase your arm strength and the muscle reaction in your arms. If you contiued this and were a boxer, you'd have a mean jab and hook and uppercut... get the picture?

It's a good way to improve your time if you swim also.
