Can anyone tell me what happened in the series finale of Dawson's creek?

Sure...Jack ended up with Pacey's brother Doug (Doug actually WAS gay, as Pacey always suspected). Jen has a child (never mentioned who the father was) and some sort of heart condition. She passes out at the wedding reception of Dawson's mom (yes, she remarries). Jen dies, leaves her daughter to Jack. Grams is still alive. Dawson ends up writing/producing a show similar to Dawson's Creek on tv and Joey ends up with Pacey.

It was a look in the future. Jen died. Her daughter was to be raised by Jack and Doug. Dawson created a show called "The creek" which was based on 'Dawson's creek', although names were changed. Joey ended up with Pacey.

jen died from heart disease, jack looked after her little girl with pacey's brother the cop. joey and pacey got together (knew it lol) dawson carried on doing his films and got his childhood wish to meet stephen speilberg. I downloaded the episode off of limewire it was sooo sad I cried and cried!
