The tense is wrong.

It's supposed to be:

We are not liable for any issues that may happen in the future.

"We are not liable for any issues that may occur in the future."

"may be happened in the future"

#1) "be" is a verb, "happened" is also a verb. Doesn't work.

#2) "happened" implies PAST tense. Prepositional phrase "in the future"....implies FUTURE. No-go.

You short-changed yourself on the word 'please' and spelling grammar like a New Yorker would pronounce 'grandma' kinda' begs the question.
