If it's a V6 or a 307 V8 it should be worth around $1500-2500, if it has a 350 or bigger it could be worth around $3000 to close to $10,000 depending on condition and how much power it has.

Get a closer look at the car. Check the bottom of the car and see if there is any holes in the floor pans, check quater panels for rust, if the paint is old, take a magnet with you and see if there is any bondo on it. There are many things that you need to keep an eye out for, around the windsheild and the rear window, see if there looks like it has a good seal, or once again, rust. Check everywhere for rust. I just bought a 72' Ford Galaxie for $700, all orginal, and it runs. So, make sure you do your homework and don't settle on the price. More than likely its a POS, someone is just trying to get more money than its worth out of it.

That is not the most popular style of nova. If it were to have a V8, it may be worth that much. If it is in really nice shape with a 6 cylinder, it could be worth that too. If it is kinda scuzzy with the 6 cylinder, it's not a very good deal.

Sorry, dude but it is not worth that much.
I bought a 72 last year for $300.
If its got a V8 and it 2 door your in luck.
If not its just not that desirable.
Don't take anything less than 500 no mater what.
500 to 1500 for a perfect V6 2dr.
Be realistic and expect 1500 to 2500 if its a V8 2dr.
Black interior with air, four speed and yellow exterior sell for the most $.

A lot of the value will depend on the body style, condition, and if it is all original or not (numbers match)
$1400 may be a good deal, it may be high! Without knowing the exact vehicle it is hard to tell.

In Mexico no va may mean "no go" but in Ohio my '67 Nova runs pretty damn quick. It's your money and your decision. A car is only worth what somebody is willing to pay for it.

thats a pretty good deal...so long as it is the 2 door V-8. I saw a orange 74' in pretty good condition on ebay today that was up to $6,000.
