talk to him, then when you feel comfortable you tell him how you feel.

if you realy like him not just a crush tell him. find a time were both you and him are alone and tell him how you feel. if you don't know how he feels just say i heard from someone that you like me. if he is the one for you it all will work out

first like bring up the conversation if he is involved with anyone else. just ask how his gf is doin? if he says he doesnt have one, ask if he wants one.
then go from there
