I have. Trying to find creative ways to reduce my stress levels. It does help. Still going to the hypnotist. Hope to see better and better results. Don't let anyone tell you you're not conscious; you are. You're just extremely relaxed and open to suggestions. Find a National Guild of Hypnotists certified hypnotist (or some other certified - recognized professional hypnotist).

I was hypnotized several years ago by a professional hypnotist who specialized in weight loss. I do not remember going under, and I swear I was not hypnotized, but my co-workers who were present swear that I was. It was a temporary state as if it worked, I was going to go to one of his sessions and pay for his services. As it turned out, it did work. I was not hungry the entire day, and only wanted to eat foods that were healthy for me. However, due to financial expenses, I could not attend the paying session. I would do it over again if I could and if I could find a reputable hypnotist.

I want to a hypnotherapist due to some childhood abuse issues. It turned out to be the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend it.

not at all - it was very important - if you want to do it make sure to have a good, well experienced person doing it!
