mice go to my plant vase to drink the water. I need a poison to add to the water that would kill the mice but spare the plant.

so you have other pets who may drink it also???? if not use decon rodent killer disolve it in water it will kill them .it comes in pellets.

sounds like you might to contact pest control. or put you vase inside a wider container and add water and poison in the larger one and it can not get to you plant and the mouse well you know!

Try mousetraps around the plant?

You can put dish soap in it. I don't know if it will kill them, but it will at least make them sick. It will not kill the plant.

You could just set up traps around your vase.

This question makes me feel bad for mice. lol
