Power struggle is when two people of the same mind have different ideas about something, and they both think they are right. In which case they probably are right just depends on what side they are looking at the problem from. Which is the easiest to do, to get the project done.

A power struggle is when you and another person have a disagreement about something and what is most important to each of you is that you win and not that you find a solution to the problem. In a power struggle, each person is trying to get more power than the other person.
