I guess what I am trying to say is things do not change as for as people not wanted you to know but so much, training your poorly, always feeling as if your stepping on someon's toe. And not to get started on the lieing and back stabbing. Do you people feel me. If we are with these same people 8 hours 5 days a week, can we just get along. What's wrong with world? Why do we have to be mean to each other to get ahead? Help!!!!

Trina -
well, it sounds like you've got a lot of issues going on...two older (one married) men, job problems, people problems.

Look - running away from the problem won't help.
You've got to stop your fooling around and start growing up.

First - consider your education level (high school grad? any college?).
Next - what job skills do you have and how long have you been working at any given job?
Then, figure out what you want to do and whether you are marketable for that.
If you can get your foot in the door and work your way up, great...stick with it and learn.

But if you keep whining about problems without looking for solutions you'll be the loser in the end.

Girl - THINK.
God gave you a brain...use it!

Now -as far as the problems at your current place of employment, you have got to rise above the B.S.
Look for opportunities to get ahead, learn more and move on.
Your job is not some kind of slave labor and you have the ability to make changes happen.
It starts with you.

I too, work for the State of Oklahoma.
I love it.
Sure, there are people that cause problems...but I work hard to make sure my attitude is at a higher standard than those people.

Good luck.

You can always improve your enviroment. you have the opportunity to move on. Don't stop looking for something better. With 6 months of good work history, you can look for another job. Most promotions in todays market have to be made by the employee finding a better position with a different company. Its called " Taking care of #1 "

be thankful you have a job, which you probably are. then think that you get out of a job what you put into it. all jobs have their good and bad points. try to find the good and concentrate on that i guess. try not to let the bad stuff get in your way and excelling .
