Ok That is almost imposible you will always be watched but the best thing you can do is to go to run on the start menu and type cookies and delete all the files there and after go onto the internet and click on tools then internet options then clear history and the same withe the Cache and Cokkies and the empty the recycling bin and to make yourself invisible you need to go onto www.download.com and look for an ip anonamiser and then download that and instal it and also to help you can use a site called www.the-cloak.com it will make you invisibe

Well... first you'll need a keylogger detector. Run it do some stuff, it will tell you if there is a keylogger.
Next you will need a new browser. There are a few like you describe "Ghostzilla" and there's one that runs in your email program to fool those bastards at work.
However, get portable firefox it is exactly like regular firefox, but actually runs faster! And you can run it off a USB that you take with you everywhere (ie bookmarks, passwords, settings stay with you). Also, Portable Firefox does not store history or write anything to the computer it is being run on!

erase your cookies in the tools file and internet options, that should work but not make u invisible!
