It does but it seems you have to pay. They have more "expert" advice.
Would you pay for the advice you get here?

Well Google has only been up for a couple years and one thing I would like to improve about it is that you can register yourself. Not many people got Gmail invatations. Go Yahoo! Mail! Anyways, it is possible for MSN or AOL to have a service like this because they are older. But Microsoft is so a copycat and I think it's ok for them to have a service like this but it just can't be a carbon copy. They aren't smart enough OK?

Why not ask Google? Seems they'd be the ones to provide an answer.

google is still getting itself together. they've only had gmail for a couple years. they might start it in a little while
